This module focuses on the recognition and analysis of a variety of risks in the market including the key financial drivers and tools. Emphasis is placed on understanding the financial concepts and techniques which are utilized to formulate investment decisions and allocate capital. Evaluating capital expenditure proposals, assessing working capital management policies, and determining the cost of capital are some of the concepts at the core of the module. In addition to these concepts, an in-depth analysis of the financial markets including debt and equity underwriting including an evaluation of the various financial products and market pricing and valuation.
